Bakery Party a Success!

Thanks to everyone who came to meet our new Head Baker Jim Lazeration last night at our ‘Welcome to the Neighborhood’ Party!  Everyone had a great time and we sampled some absolutely delicious pastries and desserts!  If you could not attend, make sure to visit us soon to say hello to Jim – he is an excellent baker and a great guy to have in our neighborhood!

Tonight: Meet Jim Lazeration, Our New Head Baker

Come and meet our new baker, Jim Lazeration
at Priory Fine Pastries tonight, September 23rd
from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

A native of Marion Center, PA, Jim graduated from the Pennsylvania International Culinary Academy and took courses in wedding cakes and plated desserts at the Culinary Institute of America.

Before joining us at Priory Fine Pastries, Jim worked at the Grand Concourse, Station Square, for five years as Executive Pastry Chef and Monterey Bay Fish Grotto, Mt. Washington, for seven years as Executive Pastry Chef, where he also helped open the entire restaurant in 1997.

Jim began his love of baking by helping his mom bake bread and pies for their large family of nine children and his sister Nancy with cookies and cakes.

Meet Jim, Priory Fine Pastries New Head Baker!

Meet Jim Lazeration, our new Head Baker at Priory Fine Pastries.
