Celebrate Black Forest Cake Day

Today is National Black Forest Cake Day and we have the best Black Forest Cake fix in Pittsburgh – our Black Forest Cupcakes!

The cake is named not directly after the Black Forest (Schwarzwald) mountain range in southwestern Germany but rather from the specialty liquor of that region, known as Schwarzwälder Kirsch(wasser) and distilled from tart cherries.

Curbside Service Coming April 1!

Priory Fine Pastries is excited to announce that we will be offering Curbside Service starting April 1.  We are all about saving you time and know parking can be difficult on East Ohio Street, so now we are going to bring the sweets to you!  All you have to do is  call ahead, place your order, and we’ll bring it to you in our back entrance, which is directly behind the bakery! You must pay with your debit/credit card and call when you you arrive.  Sounds pretty sweet, huh?
